1. Disease Modeling with spatial extent

The students of this seminar are concerned with the Spatial Modelling of Diseases that spread either through air (influenza) or through mosquitoes (malaria, dengue fever).

Simple compartment model (SIR model) of a disease that spreads through mosquitoes, such as dengue fever.
