Before the actual start of lectures in the summer semester 2024, some events will already take place for the new students of the Elite Graduate Program Scientific Computing.

Introductory Meeting

All new students of the elite master’s program Scientific Computing are invited to attend the Introductory Meeting Summer Semester 2024 on April 8, 2024, at 9:00 am in S 73 (Building NW 2). The meeting will last approximately one hour and includes the following topics: CMLife, Elearning, Modules and Examination Regulations, Seminars of the program, Internship, etc.

Pre-Course Scientific Computing

The Pre-Course Scientific Computing starts directly after the introductory event. This course is designed to make it easier for new students to start the summer semester 2024. It will take place from April 8 - 12, 2024. In the first two days, programming skills will be refreshed with a programming course. The following three days will repeat topics from numerical mathematics. 

Get-Together     

At the end of the Pre-Course, there will be a Get-Together for the new and older students of the Elite Graduate Program Scientific Computing to get to know each other and exchange experiences.
